Refund policy


At HERFORM, quality and performance are paramount. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process in line with UK consumer law.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, counting from the date of delivery

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition, with all tags attached
  • Free from marks, odours, or damage

 

Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or hygiene seals
  • Final sale or promotional items, unless faulty

Returns Process

To request a return, email contact@herformwear.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve this promptly.
